How to Label Your Items
Example Label
An example label can be seen
, please ensure that the tags are pretty sturdy and securely attached to the garment as if the tag falls off we will not be able to sell the garment (safety pins are good or tie the label through a button hole/ belt loop, sticky labels are not very good as they come off too easily).
The information we would need on a label is:
- Item number (this should be the same number for the item on your list)
- Your name (please ensure is is the same name as you put on your lst as otherwise it can be difficult for us to know that the list and the labels go together).
- A description of each the item (it is helpful if this is the same description as is on the list), please also include a size if applicable
- The price for the item
Example List
An example list can be found in multiple formats below:
Google Docs
Excel
OpenOffice
Please fill in the details and print it off. This provides all the information we would need on the stall. If you wish to produce your own list the information we would need is:
- Item number (this should be the same number for the item on your label)
- Your name (please ensure is is the same name as you put on your labels as otherwise it can be difficult for us to know that the list and the labels go together).
- A mobile number is not essential, but is very helpful, for example if a potential buyer has queries about your items or if we need to get hold of you about collection of your unsold items and profits
- A description of each of the items you are selling (again it is helpful if this is the same description as is on the label)
- A price for each item
